VILLAGE OF ACME IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA BYLAW 2026-02 AMENDING BYLAW 2019-11
Being a bylaw of the Village of Acme in the Province of Alberta, Canada TO AMEND BYLAW 2019-11 ANIMAL CONTROL BYLAW in the Village of Acme.
WHEREAS the Municipal Government Act authorizes a municipality to pass a bylaw respecting service provided by or on behalf of the municipality including the power to amend the bylaw;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Village of Acme deem it necessary to amend Schedule "A" of Bylaw 2019-11 Animal Control Bylaw to provide for updated rates.
NOW THEREFORE, THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ACME, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREBY AMENDS BYLAW 2019-11 ANIMAL CONTROL BYLAW SCHEDULE "A" RATES AND FEES AS FOLLOWS:
## SCHEDULE "A" RATES AND FEES
Animal License Rates and Fees shall be at a rate as set out in the Village of Acme Master Rates Bylaw.
Animal License fees shall not be prorated.
THIS BYLAW COMES INTO FORCE ON THE DATE OF THIRD READING.
