<!-- image --> ## BYLAW NO. 503 BEING A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF ARROWWOOD IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO REVISE BYLAW 502 TO CORRECT A CLERICAL ERROR. WHEREAS, Section 63(1) and Section 63 (2)(g) of the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, M-26, as amended, provides that a council may by bylaw authorize the revision of a bylaw(s) to correct clerical, grammatical and typographical errors; and WHEREAS, Section 692 (6) of the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, a pupile hearing ate adendment esthets clacal, beal, grad matical or vin gratice car erdin and does not materially affect the bylaw in principle or substance; an‹ WHEREAS, an error has been identified in the preamble section and under the tax rate section of Bylaw 502 Tax Rate 2025 being a bylaw to levy on the assessed value of all property tax rates; and WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Arrowwood deems it proper and expedient to correct the clerical error and deems that the correction does not materially affect the bylaw in principle or substance; WHEREAS, the chief administrative officer has certified that the proposed revision has been prepared in accordance with section 63; NOW THEREFORE, under the authority and subject to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, the Council of the Village of Arrowwood in the Province of Alberta duly assembled does hereby enact the following: 1. That the preamble of Bylaw 502 be replaced with the following: WHEREAS, the estimated municipal revenues and transfers from all sources other than taxation is estimated at $1,022,470, and the balance of $190,206 is to be raised by general municipal taxation and $114,033 by requisition, and $85,000 will be spent from reserves. 2. That the tax rate under DESIGNATED INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY of Bylaw 502 be replaced with the following: Designated Industrial Property $18.62 $243,410 0.0000765 3. Bylaw 502 is hereby amended 4.
