## CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF BARNWELL IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
## BYLAW NO. 03-25
A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF BARNWELL IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO AMEND BYLAW 0924 BY UPDATING THE FEE SCHEDULE TO CLARIFY CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE FEE SCHEDULE THEREUNDER
WHEREAS, section 63(2) of the Municipal Government Act R.S.A. 2000 Chapter M-26, as amended, permits a municipal council to make changes to a bylaw, without materially affecting the bylaw in principle or substance of the bylaw;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Village of Barnwell deems it necessary to and clarify certain sections and fees as contained on Schedule A of Bylaw 09-24, applicable to Development Agreements and Permits;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Village of Barnwell, duly authorized and assembled, enacts as follows:
1. That Bylaw 09-24 is hereby amended as follows:
- a. The document titled "Appendix A" in the footer, which is included as the attachment to be referred to as "Schedule A" in the Bylaw, shall be amended to be titled "Schedule A".
- b. The section titled "Development Permits" shall be retitled "Development Agreements and Permits".
- c. The Subsection titled "Subdivision/Dev Appeal Fee" shall be retitled "Subdivision, Development, and Appeal Fees".
- d. An inclusion shall be added under the that section as follows:

$2500 Base Fee
Fee Per Lot Thereafter
Lots 2-15 ......
Lots 16-30
Lots 31+ .......
$250 per Lot
$175 per Lot
$150 per Lot
2. That the title of Bylaw 09-24 is hereby amended to be" Fees, Rates and Charges BylawRevised"
This Bylaw shall come into effect on the date of the third and final reading.
Bylaw No. 09-24 is hereby amended accordingly.
