The Summer Village of Bonnyville Beach establishes fees for municipal goods and services through the Fees and Charges Bylaw, passed by Council in accordance with the Municipal Government Act. This bylaw outlines how fees are set, when they apply, and the process for updating or adjusting them to reflect the needs of our community. ## Purpose: The Fees and Charges Bylaw is intended to: * Provide clear, transparent information on fees associated with municipal services * Ensure consistency in how fees are applied * Allow the Summer Village to recover costs for services, permits, and administrative functions ## Key Provisions ## Cited As "Fees and Charges Bylaw" ## Fee Schedule The Summer Village of Bonnyville Beach shall charge fees as outlined in Schedule A - The Fee Schedule, attached to the bylaw. ## Effective Date August 30, 2025 (Final Reading) ## Discretionary Waivers The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) or Assistant CAO may, at their discretion, grant a waiver or reduction of fees. Any decision to waive or reduce fees will be reported to Council at the next scheduled Council meeting. ## Previous Fees Any fees previously established and not addressed in this bylaw remain unchanged.
