## VILLAGE OF BOYLE BYLAW 04-23 ## A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF BOYLE IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO ADOPT A LAND USE BYLAW FOR THE VILLAGE OF BOYLE. WHEREAS, the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, R.S.A. 2000 as amended authorizes a municipality to adopt a Land Use Bylaw; and WHEREAS, a new Land Use Bylaw has been prepared under the direction of Council; and NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Village of Boyle, in the Province of Alberta, duly assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That this Bylaw may be cited as the "Land Use Bylaw" 2. That the Village of Boyle Land Use Bylaw, being Schedule "A" attached hereto, is hereby adopted. 3. That this Bylaw shall become effective upon third and final reading of this Bylaw. 4. That this Bylaw shall hereby repeal previous Bylaw 06-02 and its amendments effective upon third and final reading of the Bylaw.
