By-law 1356 BY-LAW NO. 1459 BYLAW 1459 Being a By-law of Camrose County in the Province of Alberta to provide Utility Rates for Curbside Solid Waste/Recycling Collection in the Hamlet of Ferintosh. WHEREAS Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, RSA 2000, as amended or repealed and replaced from time to time. WHEREAS Section 7 (f) of the Municipal Government Act allows a Council to pass By-Laws for municipal purposes respecting services provided by or on behalf of the municipality; NOW THEREFORE The Council of the Camrose County, in the Province of Alberta, duly assembled, hereby enacts as follows: 101 TITLE This By-Law may be cited as the "Hamlet of Ferintosh Curbside Waste/Recycling Collection By-Law". 102 REGULATIONS A) OBJECTIVES To provide for curbside municipal solid waste/recycling collection within the Hamlet of Ferintosh. B) UTILITY RATES The following Utility Rate shall apply to each and every residential and commercial utility account within the Hamlet of Ferintosh that the County supplies service to: (a) Curbside municipal solid waste/recycling collection at a rate as defined in the Camrose County Fee for Service By-law. 103 SEVERABILITY If any portion of this By-Law is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the invalid portion must be severed and the remainder of the By-Law is deemed valid. 104 AUTHENTICATION This by-law shall come into full force and effect on the day that it is finally passed by Council by giving it third and final reading and it is signed in accordance with the Municipal Government Act. 105 This By-law rescinds By-Law 607 of the former Village of Ferintosh.
