BY-LAW NO. 1511
BYLAW 1511
Being a By-law of Camrose County in the Province of Alberta to provide Utility Rates for
Curbside Solid Waste Collection in the Country Residential Subdivision of Pelican Point
and Pelican View Estates.
WHEREAS
Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, RSA 2000,
as amended or repealed and replaced from time to time.
WHEREAS
Section 7 (f) of the Municipal Government Act allows a Council to pass By-Laws for
municipal purposes respecting services provided by or on behalf of the municipality;
NOW THEREFORE The Council of the Camrose County, in the Province of Alberta, duly
assembled, hereby enacts as follows:

TITLE
This By-Law may be cited as the "Pelican Point & Pelican View Estates Curbside Waste Collection By-
Law".

REGULATIONS
A)
OBJECTIVES
To provide for curbside municipal solid waste collection within the Country Residential Subdivision of
Pelican Point and Pelican View Estates.
B)
UTILITY RATES
The following Utility Rate shall apply to each and every residential and commercial utility account within
the Country Residential Subdivision of Pelican Point and Pelican View Estates that the County supplies
service to:
(a) Curbside municipal solid waste collection at a rate as defined in the Camrose County
Fee for Service By-law

SEVERABILITY
If any portion of this By-Law is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the
invalid portion must be severed and the remainder of the By-Law is deemed valid.

AUTHENTICATION
This by-law shall come into full force and effect on the day that it is finally
passed by Council by giving it third and final reading and it is signed in
accordance with the Municipal Government Act.
Upon passing of the By-law, By-law 1356 is repealed.
