BY-LAW NO. 1171
AREA STRUCTURE PLAN
HAMLET OF DUHAMEL
BY-LAW NO. 1171 A By-law of Camrose County, in the Province of Alberta, to adopt
an Area Structure Plan.
WHEREAS
In accordance with Section 633(1) of the Municipal Government
Act, Chapter M-26.1 RSA 1994, and amendments thereto, the
Council of the Camrose County may, by By-law, pass an Area
Structure Plan; and
WHEREAS
The Council of Camrose County deems it to be necessary that a
portion of the Camrose County requires a framework for
subsequent subdivision and development;
NOW THEREFORE The Council of Camrose County, duly assembled, hereby enacts
the Area Structure Plan for the Hamlet of Duhamel,
attached hereto.
