BEING A BYLAW TO AMEND LAND USE BYLAW NO. 2018-804 AND REPEAL BYLAW 2019818 FOR THE VILLAGE OF CARBON IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA.

NHEREAS pursuant to the provision of Section 639 of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, Chapter M-26, the Council of the Village of Carbon (hereinatter called the Council), has adopted Land Use Bylaw No. 2018-804;
ND WHEREAS the Council has previously amended the Land Use Bylaw No. 2018-804 b vlaw 2019-818 to establish reaulations for a Direct Control District, an
AND WHEREAS the Council deems it desirable to amend Land Use Bylaw No. 2018-804 and repeal Bylaw 2019-818; and
NOW THEREFORE the Council hereby amends Land Use Bylaw No. 2018-804 as follows:
1. The Land Use District Map in Part VIll is hereby amended by changing the land use district of 220 Bruce Avenue (Lot 45, Block 11, Plan 1911000) as shown below:
2. Bylaw 2019-818 is hereby repealed
3. This Bylaw takes effect on the date of the third and final reading.
