BYLAW 929-P-02-26
TOWN OF COALDALE
PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
BEING A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF COALDALE
TO AMEND BYLAW 820-P-06-21,
BEING THE SOUTH COALDALE REVISED AREA STRUCTURE PLAN
WHEREAS the municipal council finds it desirous to amend the South Coaldale Revised
Area Structure Plan Bylaw 820-P-06-21
AND WHEREAS where Bylaw 820-P-06-21 specifically designates lands legally
described as lot 1, block 1, plan 251 1030 to be dedicated for the eventual development
of seniors housing
AND WHEREAS this Bylaw shall amend Bylaw 820-P-06-21 to allow for multi-family
development on the lot in line with an established multi-unit zoning, provided that the Town
of Coaldale Land Use Bylaw 67-P-04-13 is amended accordingly.
NOW THEREFORE, under the authority and subject to the provisions of the Municipal
Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, the
Council of the Town of Coaldale in the Province of Alberta duly assembled does hereby
enact the following:
1.
Bylaw 820-P-06-21 is amended in accordance with the above.
READ a FIRST time this 2nd day of February, 2026, for ASP Amendment Bylaw 929-P-
02-26.
