CITY OF COLD LAKE BYLAW NO. 826-FN-24 FINANCE ADMINISTRATIVE FEES BYLAW Unofficial Consolidation as of January 27, 2026 Please note: in a bylaw that is "Unofficially Consolidated", the original approved bylaw is updated to include all of the approved amendments to that bylaw. 826-FN-24, Finance Administrative Service Fees Bylaw Page 1 of 3 A BYLAW OF THE CITY OF COLD LAKE, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, TO PROVIDE FOR FINANCE ADMINISTATIVE FEES PURSUANT to Section 7(f) of the Municipal Government Act RSA 2000, Chapter M-26, Council may pass bylaws for municipal purposes respecting services provided by or on behalf of the municipality; WHEREAS Council wishes to charge administrative fees for particular finance administrative services provided by the City of Cold Lake; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Cold Lake in the Province of Alberta, in Council duly assembled, hereby enacts as follows: SECTION 1 - TITLE 1.1 This Bylaw shall be cited as the "Finance Administrative Service Fees Bylaw". SECTION 2 - ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE FEES 2.1 The City of Cold Lake may charge fees for the provision of various finance administrative services in accordance with Schedule "A" of this Bylaw. 2.1 The City of Cold Lake may charge fees for the provision of various finance administrative services in accordance with Schedule "A" and Schedule "B" of this Bylaw. Amended by Bylaw No. 870-FN-25 February 25, 2025 SECTION 3 - REPEAL 3.1 Bylaw No. 597-AD-17, Administrative Fees Bylaw is hereby repealed. SECTION 4 - ENACTMENT 4.1 This Bylaw shall come into full force and effect on February 1, 2024. 4.2 Schedule "A" shall form part of this Bylaw.
