## VILLAGE OF HYTHE BYLAW # 470 ## BEING A BYLAW TO ENACT THE VILLAGE OF HYTHE LAND USE BYLAW. WHEREAS a land use bylaw is designed to prohibit or regulate and control use and development of land and buildings in the Village of Hythe. WHEREAS THE council of the Village of Hythe deems it desirable to adopt a land use bylaw, and WHEREAS the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, Chapter M-26.1 and amendment thereto permit the Council of the Village of Hythe to adopt a land use bylaw. This Bylaw shall be known as the Village of Hythe Land Use Bylaw. Village of Hythe Land Use Bylaw number 422 with all attachments and amendments is hereby repealed. Village of Hythe General Municipal Plan number 421 with all attachments and amendments is hereby repealed. This Bylaw comes into effect on the date of the third reading.
