BYLAW 25-26 - SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR GOODS AND SERVICES *Unless otherwise noted, all fees are exempt from GST This consolidated copy includes amendments to Bylaw 25-13: SCHEDULE 'A' SCHEDULE 'B' November 25, 2025 (Bylaw 25-26) c. County Administration Fee - 2+ Parcels (maximum of 4 titles per quarter section) $400.00 parcel + GST 5. Appeals a. Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Application (100% refundable if appeal is upheld) $400.00 Each - 6. Bylaw Amendments a. Land Use Bylaw Amendment (Text amendment and/or Land Use bylaw map amendment) $500.00 each - b. Withdrawal of Bylaw Amendment (AFTER bylaw is written) NO REFUND c. Withdrawal of Bylaw Amendment (BEFORE bylaw is written) 75% REFUND d. Municipal Development Plan Amendment $500.00 each - e. Intermunicipal Development Plan Amendment $5000.00 each f. Area Structure Plan Amendment Actual cost borne by Owner/Developer 7. Development Agreements a. Development Agreement - Area Structure Plan (4+ Parcels) (subject to engineering systems appraisal; contractor engineering fees invoiced separately) $2,500.00 + 2.5% of Security + legal fees b. Development Agreement - MINOR (less than 4 parcels) (no road, drainage or water/sewer) $50.00 each - c. Development Agreement - MAJOR (less than 4 parcels) (may include road, drainage or water/sewer) $500.00 each - d. Encroachment Agreement (contractor engineering fees may apply) $500.00 each - 8. Statutory Plans a. Area Structure Plan / Site Development Plan (proposals creating more than 4 parcels out of quarter section) Actual costs borne by owner/developer 9. Enforcement a. Stop Order All costs to be applied to tax roll account 10. Transportation a. Approach Construction Deposit Contractor Estimate + 25% b. Road Upgrade Deposit Contractor Estimate (125% deposit)
