BYLAW # 435
The Fees and Charges Bylaw
A Bylaw of the Village of Cowley, in the Province of Alberta,
providing for the establishment of General Fees and Charges
for Goods and Services as delivered to the Community
WHEREAS pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, 2000, and amendments thereto, a
municipality has the authority to pass bylaws regarding services provided by or on behalf of the
municipality, and
NOW THEREFORE, Council of Village of Cowley, establishes the following rates for goods and services as
delivered to the Community, and enacts as follows:
1. This bylaw shall be known and may be cited as the "Fees and Charges Bylaw".
2. Council may, from time to time, review and amend the various Fees and Charges levied for
Goods and Services delivered to the community and shall maintain these various Fees and
Charges in Schedule "A" attached.
3. That Bylaws No 397, 397-2, and 397-3 are hereby repealed.
That this bylaw shall come into full force and effect on January 1, 2026.
