## BYLAW NO 568 - 2020 ## OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLES BYLAW Bylaw No 568 - 2020 of the Village of Czar in the Province of Alberta, which will be known as the Off-Highway Vehicles Bylaw and shall regulate the operation of off-highway vehicles within the village limits. WHEREAS, the Traffic Safety Act provides that the Council of a municipality may authorize persons to operate off-highway vehicles on any portion of highway under its direction control and management; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that by virtue and authority of the Traffic Safety Act, R.S.A. 2000, and the Council of the Village of Czar enacts as follows: Definitions, the purposes of this Bylaw, all definitions of the Traffic Safety Act and attendant regulations shall be applicable.
