TOWN OF DAYSLAND BYLAW No. 2011-501 2011-501 Land Use Bylaw Amendment Page 1 of 1 LAND USE BYLAW AMENDMENT OF THE TOWN OF DAYSLAND, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA THE PURPOSE OF THIS BYLAW IS TO AMEND LAND USE BYLAW 2010-482 TO REZONE THE WESTERLY 22.9 METERS OF LOT 2, BLOCK 18, PLAN 141HW FROM PARKS TO R1 ZONING. WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to amend the Land Use Bylaw; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Daysland duly assembled, pursuant to the authority conferred upon it by the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26, and amendments thereto, enacts as follows: 1. That the town of Daysland Land Use Bylaw 2010-482 is hereby amended as follows: 2. That the land use district zoning for the westerly 22.9 meters of Lot 2, Block 18, Plan 141HW is hereby changed from (P) Parks and Recreation District to (R1) Residential Single Family District, as outlined in red and shown on Schedule 'A' attached to and forming part of this bylaw. 3. That if any provision of this bylaw is deemed invalid, then such provision shall be severed and the remaining bylaw shall be maintained. 4. That this bylaw comes into force and effect on the day of final passing thereof. Advertising provisions have been complied with and a Public Hearing held on THIS DAY OF , 2011.
