## Village of Delia - Province of Alberta By-Law #627-2017 -- Cancellation of Subdivision Plan #9010522 Being a bylaw of the Village of Delia, Alberta to cancel subdivision plan #9010522. WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act (the "Act"), section 658(1) an application of the owners of a parcel of land in a plan of subdivision has been received; WHEREAS the owners of the land legally described as Plan 9010522 Block 2 have applied to the Council to cancel the subdivision for the purpose of combining the titles of land of their two properties; WHEREAS the council may pass a bylaw under section 658 of the Act with the consent of the owners of the parcel of land; WHEREAS the bylaw be advertised in accordance with section 606 of the Act whereby a notice of the bylaw be mailed or delivered to every residence in the area to which the proposed bylaw relates prior to second reading being given. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality enacts as follows: 1) That the subdivision legally described as Plan 9010522 Block 2 be cancelled. - 2) That this Bylaw shall come into force upon being given third reading and finally passed. ## Short Title The short title of this Bylaw shall be the "Cancellation of Subdivision Plan #9010522".
