TCI is hereby authorized to recover the call answer fee on behalf of the Village of Donalda from each such TIC customer. TCI customer subscribing to such exchange service. 5. This Bylaw may be called the "E9-1-1 Fee Bylaw" NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF DONALDA, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, DULY ASSEMBLED, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: AND WHEREAS the Village desires to recover costs associated with delivering Provincial E9-1-1 Service in the form of a fee levied on each exchange service in the Village equipped for outward dialing to be paid by each TCI customer in the Village; AND WHEREAS the Village has entered into an agreement, dated December 5, 1996, with Telus Communications Inc. ("TCI") to provide emergency services via its Provincial E9-1-1 Service; Service; to its citizens access to emergency services via an enhanced 9-1-1 WHEREAS the Village of Donalda ("Village") wishes to provide - Being a bylaw of the Village of Donalda, in the Province of Alberta, to make provision for an E9-1-1 service. ## BY-LAW #607 ## VILLAGE OF DONALDA Robin Cospicue.
