Fees for Services Bylaw
A Bylaw in the Village of Donalda, in the Province of Alberta, to establish fees, rates, and charges for services
provided by the Village of Donalda;
WHEREAS under the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M.26 Revised Status of Alberta, 2000, and regulation
as amended from time to time, Council may establish by Bylaw for services provided by or on behalf of the
municipality;
NOW WHEREAS, under the Authority of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of the Village of Donalda,
in the Province of Alberta, enacts as follows;
1. This Bylaw may be cited as the "Fees and Services Bylaw";
2. Those fees established for the services provided by the Village of Donalda per "Schedule A" attached
hereto;
3. The Chief Administrative Officer or designate has the authority to reduce or waive the imposition of
any fees set out in "Schedule A" for reasons that qualify as an emergency.
Bylaw #759-23 is now repealed.
This Bylaw shall become in force upon the third and final reading.

the Province of Alberta, this 20th day of June 2023.

Cost equals the charges by Alberta Land Titles Registration, cost equal
to any fees by a third party contracted by the Village of Donalda, and
cost equivalent to any expenses for advertising for public auction,
including a title search.
