"5(8) Mobile Homes - Mobile Homes being brought into the Village of Donalda into a permitted district must have an approved development permit issued by the Development Officer. The date of manufacture of the mobile home must be no older than ten (10) years. The mobile homes shall have CSA and Alberta Building Standards (ABS) label numbers. Equipment used for transportation of mobile homes shall be removed from the dwelling within 30 days of placement. All mobile homes shall be fully serviced with approved common water distribution and sewage collection systems. All village utility lines shall be placed underground or as approved by the development officer. All mobile homes must have proper skirting installed and be pre-finished or painted so that the design and construction complements the principal building."
2. Schedule "B" of Bylaw #625 is hereby amended by adding the following regulations for Section 5, clause 5 (8);

1. This Bylaw shall be known and may be cited as the "Mobile Home Regulation Amendment Bylaw".
## SHORT TITLE
## PART 1
WHERAS the Village of Donalda wishes to create supplementary regulations regarding mobile homes in any and all districts within the Village of Donalda. AND WHERAS, by virtue of the power conferred upon it by the Municipal Government Act, the Council of the Village of Donalda, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
A Bylaw of the Village of Donalda in the Province of Alberta, to amend Land Use Bylaw No. 625.
