The Municipal Government Act grants Town Council the power to pass bylaws. Bylaws are created as a way to address issues and concerns of the people of the Drumheller community. Municipal Bylaw Enforcement Officers, Peace Officers and Development Officers enforce these Bylaws. To pass a Bylaw, Town Council must give three readings at Council meetings.
