New # | A By-law of the Village of Edberg in the Province of Alberta, introduced for the purpose of amending Land Use By-law No. Land Use Bylaw #494-2024 to change the land use of Plan 3998AC, Block 2, Lots 8-9 as shown on the attached sketch from Mixed Residential to Central Commercial District all being located within the Municipality. |

| NOW THEREFORE | Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, Section 606, the Council of the Village of Edberg duly assembled, hereby enacts as follows: That By-law No. #494-2024 be amended as follows: |
