## VILLAGE OF ELNORA BYLAW NO. 2025-11 LAND USE BYLAW AMENDMENT
## A BYLAW OF VILLAGE OF ELNORA, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMENDING LAND USE BYLAW 2020-05
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to amend Land Use Bylaw No. 2020-05 of the Village of Elnora in the manner hereinafter appearing.
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the authority conferred upon it by the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statues of Alberta 2000 and amendments thereto, the Council for the Village of Elnora hereby enacts as follows:
That Part 5 Appeal, Section 5.1(6) Development Permit Appeals, be amended to the following:
An applicant, or person affected, served by a Stop Order may appeal the decision in writing, giving reasons, to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board as per the Municipal Government Act.
Furthermore, that Part 7, Section 7.1(13), Amending the Land Use Bylaw, be removed in its entirety.
