## THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF FOX CREEK, ALBERTA BY-LAW 630-2000-A01
BEING A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF FOX CREEK, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO AMEND THE ANIMAL CONTROL BYLAW.
WHEREAS pursuant to section 63(1) of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, Revised Statutes of Alberta, 2000 provides that a Council may revise Bylaws.
WHEREAS Council deems Schedule A of Bylaw 630-2003 Animal Control Bylaw to be obsolete as it is superseded by the Fees and Rates Bylaws.
WHEREAS the Chief Administrative officer certifies that the proposed revision is prepared in accordance with this section.
NOW THEREFORE, under the authority of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of the Town of Fox Creek, in the Province of Alberta, enacts as follows:
## SECTION 1 - SHORT TITLE
This By-law may be cited as "Animal Control Bylaw Amendment A01"
## SECTION 2 - AMENDMENTS
That the Animal Control Bylaw is hereby further amended by:
2.1 Deleting Schedule A Fees and Charges.
## SECTION 3 - EFFECTIVE DATE
3.1 This By-Law shall come into effect the date upon third and final reading.
