## Bylaw No.46/-17 Village of Glendon
## Traffic Safety Bylaw Amendment
A Bylaw of the Village of Glendon to amend Bylaw 407-10 Village of Glendon Traffic Safety Bylaw, being a bylaw enacted for the purpose of the regulation and control of vehicle, animal, and pedestrian traffic.
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient and proper pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act that the Council of the Village of Glendon shall issue a Bylaw to amend its existing Traffic Safety Bylaw
NOW THEREFORE under the authority and subject to provisions of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of the Village of Glendon duly assembled does hereby enact;
1. The Village of Glendon Bylaw 407-10 shall be amended as follows:
AMEND: Section 3.2 Parking Restrictions
- (b) On a sidewalk or boulevard (SIDEWALK);

AMEND: Section 3.8 - Parking On Village Owned Land
No person shall park or drive any vehicle upon any land owned by the Village of Glendon which the Village uses or permits to be used as a playground, recreation area, utility or public park, buffer strip, land held for resale, or any land in reserve, or on any boulevard unless the boulevard is directly bordering their property and/or permission has been obtained in writing from the Village's Chief Administrative Officer or his appointed designate.

AMEND: Section 3.10 - Trailers
(2) UNATTACHED TRAILERS - No person shall park any trailer upon any highway unless the said trailer is attached to a vehicle by which it may be propelled or drawn and when so attached to the trailer shall be deemed part of the vehicle and subject to the regulations pertaining to vehicle unless otherwise authorized by order of the Chief Administrative Officer, with the exception of recreational vehicles which may be parked unattached for not more than a 24 hour period during the 72 hour period to allow for the loading and unloading of the unit.
