## Regional Solid Waste Services Commission Authorization Bylaw
A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENWOOD IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO AUTHORIZE THE VILLAGE OF GLENWOOD TO TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE CHIEF MOUNTAIN SOLID WASTE SERVICES COMMISSION.
WHEREAS the Village of Glenwood wishes to become a member of the Chief Mountain Solid Waste Services Commission pursuant to Part 15.1 of the Municipal Government Act (R.S.A. 2004, c. M-26 as amended);
AND WHEREAS, by virtue of the power conferred upon it by the Municipal Government Act, the Council of the Village of Glenwood, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
## 1. TITLE:
- 1.1 Title - This Bylaw shall be known and may be cited as the "Regional Solid Waste Services Commission Authorization Bylaw" of the Village of Glenwood.
## N REGIONAL SOLID WASTE SERVICES COMMISSION:
- 2.1 The Council of the Village of Glenwood is hereby authorized to make any necessary Agreements and take the necessary action together with the Council of any other Municipality or Municipalities for the purpose of a becoming a member of the Chief Mountain Solid Waste Services Commission as per Part 15.1 of the Municipal Government Act.
Read a FIRST time this 12th day of January, 2017. Read a SECOND time this gth day of February, 2017. Read a THIRD time and finally passed this 9th day of February, 2017.
