## By-Law No. 36
A by-law to aquire a right of way to the Belly River and the Village Water System Pump House.
Whereas Section 276 of the Town and Village Act being Chapter 338 of the revised statutes of Alberta 1955, authorizing the acquisition of right of way or easement for the use of the Town or Village.
Now therefore, the Council of the Village of Glenwood duly assembled, enacts as follows:
That a right of way, description below, be made accesable for the use of the Village to travel to the pump house and also to service the water line that is now there and in use. Description of Right of Way:
A strip 33 feet wide on each side of a line running between S.E.4 Sec.1-5-27-4 area 0.15 ac. and S.W.# Sec.1-5-27-4 area 0.13 Ac.and 296.03 feet long, running north of District road running East and West between Sections 1 and 36; and a strip 33 feet wide on each side of a line running between N.E.# Sec. 36-4-27-4 area 0.27 Ac.and N.W.$ Sec. 36-4-27-4 Area 0.26 Ac. running 296.5 feet south of said district road. Plan 4297 JK.
Received first, second and third readings and finally passed this 24 day of October 1966.
