## TOWN OF HARDISTY BYLAW NO. 1138/09
## A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF HARDISTY IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, TO ADOPT A REVISED MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE TOWN OF HARDISTY.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act S.A. 2000, as amended ("the Act") provides that a Municipal Council may amend its Municipal Development Plan;
WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Hardisty wishes to adopt a Municipal Development Plan.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Hardisty, duly assembled, enacts as Follows:
- That the Town of Hardisty Municipal Development Plan - 2009, attached hereto as Schedule "A", is hereby adopted.
2. That the Town of Hardisty Municipal Plan, Bylaw No. 1010/99, as amended, is hereby repealed.
This by-law shall come into effect on the day of the final passing.
