BYLAW #490-15
BEING A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF HEISLER
TO AMEND THE LAND USE BYLAW #452-11
A Bylaw of the Village of Heisler in the Province of Alberta, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta 2000 and amendments thereto, to amend
the Village of Heisler Land Use Bylaw #452-11.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend the Land Use Bylaw #452-11, as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HEISLER, DULY ASSEMBLED, ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1.
That the Land Use Bylaw #452-11, being the Land Use Bylaw of the Village of Heisler is hereby
amended.
2.
That Schedule "D" - Land Use Districts, which outlines the boundaries of districts within the
Village of Heisler is hereby amended by redistricting those lands set out in the map attached to
and forming part of this Bylaw as follows:
Lots 1&2, Block 3, Plan 1810 BQ
From
C1 (Commercial)
To
IND (Industrial)

This Bylaw shall take effect on the final reading thereof.
READ a first time this 17th day of March, 2015 AD.
