## BYLAW NO. 10-2019 OF THE TOWN OF HIGH PRAIRIE IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
## A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF HIGH PRAIRIE IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, TO ADOPT AN INTERMUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
WHEREAS the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000 - Chapter M - 26, current as of July 1, 2018 and amendments thereto, authorize Council of a Municipality to enact an Intermunicipal Development Plans to guide future development within the Municipality and surrounding Municipalities.
NOW THEREFORE Council of the Town of High Prairie in the Province of Alberta does hereby adopt the Town of High Prairie and Big Lakes County Intermunicipal Plan that is attached as Schedule A and forms part of this Bylaw this 8th day of October, 2019.
