SUMMER VILLAGE OF HORSESHOE BAY PROVINCE OF ALBERTA BY-LAW NO. 2 A Bylaw of the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay in the Province of Alberta, Relating to the Control of Camping in the Parks and on Reserve Lands. UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF and pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.A. 1980, and amendments thereto, and the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 1980 and amendments thereto, the Council of the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay enacts as follows: That all reserve lands registered in the name of the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay are designated as parks. That overnight camping in all parks is strictly prohibited and violations thereof are subject to prosecution. This By-Law shall come into force upon the date of third and final reading. Read a first time this 16th day of January, A.D. 1985. Read a second time this 16th day of January, A.D. 1985.
