SUMMER VILLAGE OF HORSESHOE BAY PROVINCE OF ALBERTA BY-LAW NO. 3 A Bylaw of the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay in the Province of Alberta, to provide for a General Penalty for the Violation of a Bylaw of the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay. UNDER AUTHORITY of and pursuant to the provisions of Section 110 of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Revised Statutes of Alberta, 1980 and amendments thereto, the Council of the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay enacts as follows: That any person who violates any provision of any by-law of the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay shall be guilty of an offence and liable on Summary Conviction to a penalty not exceeding $2,500.00, or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 6 months where the fine and costs, including the costs of committal, are not sooner paid. This by-law shall not apply to any by-law of the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay where a specific penalty is stated therein. That this by-Law shall come into and continue in force until amended or repealed, upon the date of final passing thereof. Read a first time this 16th day of January, A.D. 1985. Read a second this 16th day of January, A.D. 1985.
