SUMMER VILLAGE OF HORSESHOE BAY
PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
BY-LAW NO. 9/1985
A Bylaw of the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay in the Province of
Alberta, to Provide for the Maximum Rate of Speed of Vehicles Within the
Summer Village.
UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF and pursuant to the provisions of the Highway
Traffic Act, R.S.A. 1980, and amendments thereto, the Council of the Summer
Village of Horseshoe Bay enacts as follows:
1.
That the maximum rate of speed for any vehicle operated within the
Summer Village shall be thirty five (35) kilometres per hour.
2.
That the Council authorize the erection of Highway signs indicating the
maximum speed allowed under Section (1).
3.
This by-law comes into effect upon the date of its final passing.
Read a first time this 14th day of May, 1985.
Read a second time this 14th day of May, 1985.
Read a third time and final time this 14th day of May, 1985.
