VILLAGE OF IRMA BYLAW NO. 20-05 A BYLAW TO AMEND LAND USE BYLAW 15-02 PURSUANT to the Municipal Government Act R.S.A. 2000, Chapter M26, as amended, the Council of the Village of Irma, in the Province of Alberta, duly assembled, does hereby enact: Bylaw 15-02, the Land Use Bylaw, be amended by adding/altering the following: 1. SECTION 15 - TERMS AND DEFINITIONS Added or altered the following definitions: INDUSTRIAL USE, LIGHT - means a development which, in the opinion of the Development Authority, may be able to co-exist compatibly in proximity to other uses or population concentrations. Light industrial uses are usually less capital intensive than medium and heavy industrial uses, and may be more consumer-orientated that business-orientated. Light industrial uses often require only a small amount of raw materials, area, and power. 2. PART 10 - DISTRICT REGULATIONS Added the term "Industrial Use, Light" to the following land use districts as a discretionary use: Section 100 (2) Uses (M1- Industry) 3. LAND USE DISTRICT MAP That the Land Use District Map, is hereby amended by: 1. Changing the classification of that portion of Plan 852-0574, Block C and D as identified on Schedule "A" attached hereto from Industrial M1 and Residential R3 to a) Industrial M1 THIS BYLAW SHALL COME INTO FORCE UPON THE DAY OF THE FINAL PASSING THEREOF.
