SUMMER VILLAGE OF ITASKA BEACH
BY-LAW NO. 2010-03
A bylaw of the Summer Village of Itaska Beach in the Province of Alberta to amend Bylaw
#175-1996 - the Noise Bylaw.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Government Act (M.G.A.), being Chapter M-26.1 of the
Revised Statues of Alberta, 1994 and amendments thereto, the Council of the Summer Village of
Itaska Beach, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
The following shall be added to Bylaw #175-1996:
2.6
Any person with a fireworks permit shall be considered exempt from the
foregoing time schedules, given that they are setting off fireworks as per the regulations
in the permit.
Read a first time this 17th day of June, 2010.
Read a second time this 17th day of June, 2010.
Read a third time, by unanimous consent, and finally passed, this 17th day of June, 2010.
