Being
a By--Law of the SUMMER VILLAGE OF ITASKA BEACH to
Amend Mandatory Sewer Connection Mandate By-- Law No.
142
Section Three.
Whereas:
The Municipal Council
of the Summer Village of
Itaska Beach passed By-- Law No.
142 under the provisions
provided and being
a By-- Law for Mandatory Sewer Connection
Date,
and
Whereas
the Municipal Council
of the Summer Village of
Itaska Beach desires
to amend By-- Law No.
142 Section
Three,
date of June 6th.
1991
in accordance with pro--
visions provided
in this By-- Law.
Now Therefore:
Be
it enacted
as
a By-- Law of the Summer Village of
Itaska Beach
as
follows:
1.
Section Three
(3)
delete the Date of June 6th.
1991
and
insert and
substitute therefore the Date March 31st.
1993.
This By-- Law comes
into force and effective
on the day
which
it was passed.
