## BYLAW NO. 1384/23
A BYLAW OF LACOMBE COUNTY IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADOPTINGTHE SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 11 (EAST OF HAYNES) AREA STRUCTURE PLAN, PURSUANT TO THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT ACT, BEING CHAPTER M-26 OF THE REVISED STATUTES OF ALBERTA 2000, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO.
THE COUNCIL of Lacombe County, duly assembled, enacts that:
WHEREAS notice was given of Council's intention to pass this Bylaw in the following local newspapers:
Lacombe County News Lacombe Express
February 17, 2023
February 23, 2023 and March 2, 2023
AND WHEREAS a Public Hearing was held on February 9, 2023 to allow the general public to comment on the proposed Area Structure Plan;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of Lacombe County adopts the proposed South of Highway 11 (East of Haynes) Area Structure Plan as described in Schedule 'A', being the document attached
