WHEREAS, THE Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, R.S.A. 2000 as amended authorizes a
municipality to adopt a Municipal Development Plan; and
WHEREAS, a Municipal Development Plan has been prepared under direction of Council; and
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Summer Village of Larkspur, in the Province of Alberta, duly
assembled, enacts as follows:
1. That the Bylaw may be cited as the "Municipal Development Plan Bylaw"
2. That this Bylaw shall become effective upon third and final reading of this Bylaw.
3. That the Summer Village of Larkspur Municipal Development Plan, being Schedule "A"
attached hereto, is hereby adopted.
Read a first time this 4th day of March, 2021
Read a second time 25th day of March, 2021
Read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of March, 2021
