## TOWN OF MANNING, ALBERTA ## BY-LAW 868 - 19 ## SUBDIVISION AND DEVELOPMENT APPEAL BOARD AMENDMENT A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF MANNING IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMENDING THE TOWN OF MANNING SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT APPEAL BOARD BYLAW No. 852/18. Replace Section II! - Administration subsection 1 and 2 with the following: 1. The Board shall consist of a maximum of six (6) members, only one of whom may be a member of Council. 2. Appointment of the members of the Board shall be made by resolution of Council annually at their organizational meeting, or as needed to provide for the membership of Board. 2. Remove Section III - Administration subsection 9. 3. Replace Section IV - Clerk subsection 1 with the following: 1. Council shall appoint a Clerk in compliance with the requirement of Section 627.1 of the Act to perform the duties set out below. ## SEVERABILITY - If any portion of this Bylaw is declared invalid by a court o ompetent jurisdiction. then the invalid portion shall be severer ## EFFECTIVE DATE 5. That this Bylaw shall come into effect the date upon third and final reading.
