## BYLAW NO. 2026-890 A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF MANNVILLE TO AMEND THE LAND USE BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF MANNVILLE
WHEREAS the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26, as amended ("the Act") provides that a Municipal Council may amend its Land Use Bylaw.
WHEREAS the Council of the Village of Mannville wishes to amend its Land Use Bylaw as it affects certain lands.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Village of Mannville, duly assembled, enacts as follows.
- Bylaw No. 2006-734 the Land Use Bylaw of the Village of Mannville, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
- a) Section 6.2 - Central Business District Commercial District (C-1) is revised to add "Child Care Facility" to the list of Discretionary Uses in Section 6.2 (3), in alphabetical order.
