Now therefore, by the virtue of the power conferred upon it by Section 207 of the Municipal Government Act being Chapter 246 of the Revised Statutes of Alberta, 1970, and amendments thereto, the Official Administrator of the Summer Village of Mewatha Beach enacts as follows: That, overnight camping in a tent, a trailer of any description or any home on wheels and open fires, except in designated areas, is hereby prohibited in Park Reserve Areas, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, R-10 and R-18 as designated on the map of Summer Village of Mewatha Beach as filed with the Land Titles Office. Any person who cormits breach of any provisions of this By-Law shall be liable, upon summary conviction by any court of competent jurisdiction, to a fine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500,00). 2, 500.00 Two Housero dylan 75V90 Read a first time this 28th day of June 1978.
