BYLAW 02-21
SUMMER VILLAGE OF MEWATHA BEACH
A BYLAW TO ADOPT A MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE SUMMER
VILLAGE OF MEWATHA BEACH
WHEREAS, THE Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, R.S.A. 2000 as amended
authorizes a municipality to adopt a Municipal Development Plan; and
WHEREAS, a Municipal Development Plan has been prepared under direction of Council; and
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Summer Village of Mewatha Beach, in the Province of
Alberta, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
1. That the Bylaw may be cited as the "Municipal Development Plan"
2. That this Bylaw shall become effective upon third and final reading of this Bylaw.
3. That the Summer Village of Mewatha Beach Municipal Development Plan, being
Schedule "A" attached hereto, is hereby adopted.
READ a first time this 16th day of March 2021
The Public Hearing was held on the 16th day of March 2021, at 7:00 pm.
READ a second time this 26th day of March 2021.
READ a third time and passed this this 26th day of March 2021.
