THAT in all other respects By-Law No. 677 shall remain the same
- "504 1981 C.W. N.G. Franchise Agreement"
- THAT Schedule "A" of By-Law No. 677 hereby be amended to include the following:
- NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Milk River duly assembled enacts as follows:
- WHEREAS, Council of the Town of Milk River deems it expedient to amend By-Law No. 6/1 being a by-law to Repeal Previously Passed By-Laws.
- WHEREAS, Section 109 of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 Revised Statutes of Alberta, 1980, as amended, provides that a Council may repeal or amend any by-law; and
A BY-LAW OF THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MILK RIVER, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 677 BEING A RECENDING BY-LAW.
