BYLAW NO. 2020/03
A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF MILLET
IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
TO ESTABLISH FEES RELATED TO DEVELOPMENT
AND SAFETY CODES SERVICES
WHEREAS Section 7 of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M--26, RSA gives authority
to municipal Council's to pass bylaws respecting several matters including services provided
by or on behalf ofthe municipality;
AND WHEREAS, Section 8 ofthe Municipal Government Act, Chapter M--26, RSA provides
the authority for Council to pass bylaws providing a system of licenses, permits or approvals
and the associated fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council ofthe Town ofMillet, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
1.
This Bylaw may be cited as the Development and Safety Codes Fee Bylaw.
2.
That the fees related to development as outlined in Schedule A shall be implemented.
3.
That the fees related to safety code permits as outlined in Schedule B shall be
implemented.
4.
This Bylaw 2020/03 shall come into full force upon signing.
Read a first time this 12th day of February, A.D., 2020.
Read a second time this 12"" day ofFebruary, A.D., 2020.
Read a third time and finally passed this 26"" day of February, A.D., 2020.
