BYLAW NO. # 16/07, OF MOUNTAIN VIEW COUNTY, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA,
BEING A BYLAW TO AUTHORIZE MOUNTAIN VIEW COUNTY TO TAKE THE NECESSARY
ACTION TO ESTABLISH A REGIONAL WASTEWATER SERVICES COMMISSION
101.
WHEREAS, Mountain View County wishes to participate in the establishment of a
regional wastewater services commission pursuant to Part 15.1 of the Municipal
Government Act (R.S.A. 2004, cM-26 as amended);

NOW THEREFORE, by virtue of the power conferred by the Municipal Government Act,
the Council of Mountain View County, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
SECTION 1
SHORT TITLE
201.
This By-law shall be known and may be cited as the "Regional Wastewater Services
Commission Authorization Bylaw" of Mountain View County.
REGIONAL WASTEWATER SERVICES COMMISSION
301.
The Council of Mountain View County is hereby authorized to make any necessary
Agreements and take the necessary action together with the Council of any other
Municipality or Municipalities for the establishment of a regional wastewater services
commission pursuant to Part 15.1 of the Municipal Government Act.
