The Council of the Town of Mundare properly assembled enacts as follows:
Part 1-Title
1. This bylaw is known as "Utility Rates Bylaw"
Part 2-Water Rates
2.1 The water rate charges/fees are:
All rates are per month.
Base rate:
Single residential and commercial

Part 4-Penalties
4.1 Utility Penalties
Any utility bill amount outstanding after the date fixed for
payment shall incur a penalty of

4.2 The penalties for non-compliance of the utility bylaw are:

6.1 Bylaw 945/22 as amended is repealed on January 1, 2024.
