A BYLAW OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF LESSER SLAVE RIVER NO. 124 IN THE PROVINCE OF
ALBERTA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE PROVISION OF GOODS AND SERVICES BY
THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, and amendments thereto, Council has the
authority to pass bylaws related to the delivery of services provided by or on behalf of the municipality; and
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipal District of Lesser Slave River No. 124, provides a variety of services and
supplies to the public for a fee; and
WHEREAS Council may amend fees and rates from time to time;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of Municipal District of Lesser Slave River No. 124 in the Province of Alberta, duly
assembled, hereby adopts the Schedule of Fees as attached and forming part of this bylaw as Schedule "A".
Bylaw 2024-15 and the attached schedules are hereby rescinded.
This Bylaw No. 2025-09 shall come into full force and take effect upon third and final reading.
