## BYLAW NO. 1715

Suite, In-Law means a single subordinate, additional Dwelling unit with living accommodation comprised of kitchen facilities, sleeping amenities and washroom facilities that is contained within a Single-Detached Dwelling, and which has unfettered access to the adjoining dwelling unit.
Suite, Secondary means a single subordinate, self-contained Dwelling unit located in a structure in which the Principal Use is a SingleDetached Dwelling. A Secondary Suite has living accommodation comprised of kitchen facilities, sleeping amenities and washroom facilities which are separate from those of the Principal Dwelling contained within the structure. Secondary Suite also must have a separate entrance from the Dwelling. This use includes conversion of Basement space to a Dwelling, or the addition of new floor space for a Secondary Suite to an existing Dwelling.
