12 SEPARATE AND SEVERABLE
## Ench section of this By-law shall be read as being sepurate and severable from
2000-481 and amendencets thereto;
each other section. If any portion or section of this By-law is declared invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, then the validity of this By-law in whicle or in part, other than the part so declared, shall not be affected and such invalid portion or section of the By-law shall be read as boing separate and severable from the rest of the By-law.
