Now THEREFORE the council of the summer village of Nakamun park, in the province of
Alberta, in Council duty assembled enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as the Nuisance Bylaw.

automobires, scrap iron or any other rubbish so as to cause an unsighfly
condition, hazard or nuisance.
No person will permit the pro.liferation of, or harbor, any insect, animal or other
pest that is likely to spread disease, be destructiv" or,i"ng".us, or otnerwise
become a nuisance.
No owner wiil cause, ailow or permit a buirding structure, erection, excavation or
hole on his rand to become ruinous, dirapidated, unsafe, unprotected or
oangerous to public safety and health.
